In 2007 Chantilly, a Silverado duaghter, produced a true black out of Legend's Challenger (gray), so we bred her to gray again using our latest herdsire addition, Yukon Jack. Her pedigree is entirely gray & Black, so we expect either one.

A striking female that should be called a fancy, she won a Blue ribbon a 2006 FF in the gray class. With excellent conformation and a gray/black pedigree that goes back to Zorro, this female from Mariah Alpacas breeding program should be an excellent producer for years to come in the gray & black classes.

Yukon shares 50% of his pedigree with the multiple champion Bisturi, with his dam and Bisturi's sire being full siblings going back to the legendary Drambuie. Yukon has a fantastic staple with excellent fleece coverage and character.

The price includes a free 2008 rebreed following birth.

CHALLENGER'S FIRST CRIA ARE ON THE GROUND AND THEY'RE SPECTACULAR!

Challenger's fleece literally takes your breath away with it's fineness and degree of consistent eye-popping crimp from the top of his head down his legs. It truly has the look and feel of many superior white fleeces. Great density makes this fleece a complete package. He sheared a 4.1 lb blanket of cria fleece alone.

Challenger did very well in the showring, and almost every judge remarked on his "superior male development." His first cria are beautiful silver greys.
